Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days, if all items are in stock. Any items that are not in stock will be placed on a back order, and you will be informed immediately of an estimated dispatch date. 

In the rare occurrence that we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible, and let you know when your order is expected to depart. 

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class at a cost from £3.00. Upgrades are available on checkout. 

Local Delivery to postcodes: SY1, SY2, SY3, SY4, SY5

We offer free local delivery to Shropshire postcodes SY1, SY2, SY3, SY4, and SY5. Orders will be dispatched 1 - 2 working days after being received. Please contact us if you need it before this and we will do everything we can to get it to you! 

Order Collection (from SY5 8NY) 

If you have chosen to collect your order, this will be ready within 1 - 3 working days. When your order is ready to collect, we will email to you notify you, and arrange a time (morning or afternoon) for you to collect. 

All orders will be carefully and lovingly packed.
