We hope you love your items, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you. 
Returns / Refund Information

To request a return of an item, please email us at: info@primrose-living.co.uk. 
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. 
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a refund or replacement. 
Once your return request has been approved you must return your item to us within 14 days. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. We do not take responsibility for faults noticed once tags have been removed. 
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. 
In the rare event your item has a fault upon receipt, we will offer you an exchange or refund, so long as the product is unused and the tags remain attached.
We recommend customers closely inspect their items upon receipt as we operate a strict 14 days period following the date of sale to report faults, and a further 14 days to then return. After this period we reserve the right to refuse returns.
Please note that we will not consider or investigate any complaints raised more than 30 days after your order has been received. 
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to be credited back to you. 
If you benefited from free shipping, this includes a deductible shipping fee of £4.95 if your order no longer exceeds a promotional amount redeemed to qualify for free shipping.
If you are eligible for a credit note, this will be emailed to you upon receipt of your return. 
If your return is rejected as it doesn't comply with the terms of our policy then your item will be returned to you, we will cover the postage cost for this. 
Damaged / Broken Items on Arrival
We hope that this never happens, but in the rare occurrence it does, images must be provided and sent if any items are broken or damaged on arrival to info@primrose-living.co.uk
This includes if damage has been made by the Royal Mail or other chosen courier service. 
Gifts
We are only able to provide refunds to the original cardholder by the same payment method used, and not to giftees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to take responsibility for loss of items being returned, once they have left your care.
