When all else fails, a cup of tea, biscuit, and two minutes alone is sure to brighten your spirits up. This is forever one of my favourite go to things when I'm feeling like I need a little bit of space and to have a moment to myself.

It’s *almost* the most wonderful time of the year! Before I launch into all things Christmas, an ever important season comes first…Autumn! Also referred to as spooky season, crunchy leaves season, pumpkin spice season.
This years autumn collection is full of a variety of different home decorations and new gifts.
If you're looking for something subtle, then our grey velvet pumpkins complement any room beautifully. Pair them with something delicate to balance out the colours in your home.
Not forgetting a sugar filled holiday of Halloween, there are some spooky decorations that aren't too scary for displaying around your home.
Don't forget to let the trick or treaters know that you're in, and welcome them!

I’m so very excited to now be stocking the wonderful range of Ginger Ray products!
Some of my favourite and most practical pieces, are the little touches that you can add to your party to help make it more memorable. For example, napkins are a wonderful way of adding a little something extra, and not going over budget.
If you’re looking for that WOW factor, then I cannot recommend the ballon arch kits, enough! They are super easy to assemble and make great photo back drops.
Something for the bride to be, instead? Our range of hen party sashes are sure to make the bride to be and her bride tribe, smile.

As I sit here thinking about what to include in what feels like should be a big, huge, New Year blog post, and what inspiring words to say, I am staring at my ‘Small Steps Everyday’ notecard. This little notecard partly inspired me to start Primrose Living, so I feel like it’s the perfect thing to lead into, and pass on.
You’re likely to be flooded with emails from big companies about ‘New Year, New You!’ / ‘Start Now, don’t delay!’ and whilst for some people this may ring true for them (I'm happy it does!), it’s not always true for all of us.
Some days you’ll feel like you are conquering whatever your goal may be, and others, you may feel a bit set back. Both are OK!
I’m going to leave things short, sweet and simple with this - no matter how small they are, small steps, everyday.
I’ve compiled below a few little self care and other ideas of things to help you along your journey for your goals. x
Spacemasks - Perfect for helping you relax and unwind after a long day!
Stationery - Stay organised and on top of things by planning out and crossing it off afterwards!
Mind Cards - Daily, or as often as you like, use these cards to help inspire your day and have a more balanced and happy life.
This Father’s Day is going to be the most special and memorable for our family. Not only for Tim, but also for my dad, who is spending his Father’s Day, as a grandad for the first time.
I feel like I’ve always struggled as to what to get my dad for Father's Day. There are only so many times you can get ties, socks, and chocolate!
When curating our Father’s Day gift guide, I wanted to ensure to have a range of gifts for all ages, and all types of dads.
You can shop all of the above items on our website, under the Father’s Day collections!
We hope you and your dad / daddy / papa / father have an extra special Father’s Day this year. :)

I wanted to stock kitchen textiles that included tea towels and oven gloves as a starting point, and eventually aprons. I wanted to ensure that it was designed and made in the UK, good quality, affordable, and run by nice people.
One night, my dreams came true! I came across a company called Plewsy. It was the beautiful tulip and cheetah prints that instantly grabbed my attention. Plewsy is a fellow mama run business based in Yorkshire, lovers of tea (we instantly clicked!), and all around some of the nicest people you could meet.
Being able to bring you Plewsy’s products is something I am so proud and excited by. Although I haven’t met the team in person yet, the passion and love they have for their products shines through.
You can shop our full range of Plewsy oven gloves and tea towels on our website, now. We are so excited not only to be able to ship to the UK, but to offer local delivery to our hometown of Shropshire!

She knows that ballet for Olivia starts at 4.30pm, and then the do list is almost checked off for the day. When your mum is organised and loves a simple floral print (as does mine), combine the two to give her a practical and thoughtful gift for Mother's Day.
When weeding or planting new flowers is seen as a therapeutic task (I know it is for me!), your mum is a garden loving mum. Some ideas for the garden loving mum include unique and on trend planters. Add flowers or a plant before giving mum her gift, to make it complete.
You'll never see her without a coffee or water in her hand. Mum is balancing work, home, and life in general. Travel bamboo coffee cups and water bottles are a great mother's day gift idea to make sure mum stays hydrated and takes care of herself at the same time.
The smell of a freshly made victoria sponge when you go to see mum. You know it's going to be perfect, because for as long as you can remember, mum has been the best baker you know. The gift of pastel measuring jugs are perfect for Spring, and our Bamboo measuring spoons are eco friendly.
Mum loves her home, and loves all of the joy and happiness it brings. Some unique and great gift ideas are things that will make it even more cosy and warm. You could choose a classic scented candle, or some fun button drinks coasters.
If none of the above ideas ring true to your mum and who she is, then sometimes, simplicity is key. With a choice of East of India Porcelain Heart Coasters, or something a bit more different, a porcelain flower matchbox.
